Wendy Wells, BSc (Hons), MSc, RHN
“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food”
Wendy’s journey with Nutrition started in High School when she discovered, via an inspiring Chemistry teacher, that what we ate as individuals could really impact our health and wellbeing. This interest, coupled with a genuine love to help people led her to an undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Masters degree in Public Health Nutrition. After working across many disciplines as a clinical dietitian for several years in the UK, Wendy moved to the beautiful West Coast of BC to study Holistic Nutrition here in Vancouver.
Wendy enjoys helping people with any type of nutritional concern but has special interest in food allergies, the link between food and behaviour and the role nutrition can play in our mental and emotional health. Having worked for many years as part of a psychology team, she appreciates how vitally important good nutrition is in order to help us each thrive.
Wendy feels very lucky to be able to blend her clinical dietetic experience with a holistic approach to nutrition within a wonderful Wellness Clinic here in Vancouver and is looking forward to helping you on your journey to your best self.
