What to Expect
Discover the role diet plays in your health and how you can use food and supplements to rebalance and support optimal body function. In this initial session, the nutritionist will take an in depth diet and lifestyle history and together will set recommendations to help you reach your health goals. This service includes a follow up email with a brief summary of both diet and lifestyle recommendations.
For individuals who have already had an initial visit. This shorter meeting is to review progress with previous recommendations, answer questions, troubleshoot concerns and chat about further diet and lifestyle suggestions. This also includes a brief follow up email summary.
This is a short conversation (can be done over the telephone) and is only for individuals interested in purchasing a recipe package. It is designed to get an idea of your food likes and dislikes in order to tailor the recipes to your individual requirements.
There is no nutrition advice given with this service.
If you have previously attended a nutrition consultation, this service charge does not apply.

7-DAY PERSONALIZED MEAL PLAN
For individuals who have already had an initial visit and would like a structured 7 day meal plan to support their health goals. This package can be tailored to specific dietary plans such as vegan, gluten free, low FODMAP, auto-immune etc and contains both meal and snack options.
The plan contains colour recipes, nutritional information and even a grocery shopping list!
It will be emailed to you as a PDF file along with a summary of your dietary goals.
For both new and returning patients. This is a less structured option and a super idea for people who are comfortable managing their eating habits and meal planning but need some new ideas to freshen up the weekly menu and support current health goals. You will be provided with a selection of whole food and nourishing recipes which can be specific to a particular eating style such as vegan, gluten free, ketogenic etc.
Each recipe comes complete with nutrition information, can be portioned for as many as you like and you can choose from either snack options, meals or a combination of both. Please contact the nutritionist for more details. Requires a Mini Nutrition Consult.
All recipes will be tailored to your individual needs and are emailed to you as a complete PDF document. Each recipe will contain a colour photograph of the dish, nutrition information and an additional notes section for substitute ingredients.
